Order & Delivery
We know that you are concerned with the delivery time and cost needed.
Once we received your order, we will contact you in 1-2 working days to arrange a delivery date and time. Our delivery runs from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) with 2 sessions (10am - 1pm; 2pm - 5pm).
For most cases, the plants will reach you in 7-10 working days after receiving the order confirmation.
Sometimes, delivery time may be different.
# Plants from abroad
8-12 working days after the cut-off time. The cut-off time is every Thursday.
# Planter box collection
20-25 working days after successful order placement.
# During holiday seasons
The delivery teams start getting occupied usually 3 weeks before Christmas and 3 weeks before Chinese New Year. The delivery time of regular plants will be extended to 10-14 working days. We may also have a cut-off time for regular plants before CNY. If you have a plan to purchase plants before holidays, please be aware of any special delivery arrangements.

Our delivery covers all parts of Hong Kong, except outer islands.
